Mendocino Rotarians line up for farewell photo

It’s always sad when members of our Rotary family leave our club. That was especially true when Lin Scott and Susan Weaver were honored for their many years of service and friendship as they each prepare for new life adventures.

Lin has purchased an RV and is taking her granddaughter cross-country to see America with no particular date of return and no destination — other than the East Coast — in mind.

Susan and sister, Chris, have purchased a home in a small down in Maine overlooking the water and plan to retire there.

No doubt Lin will stop visit Rotary Clubs across the country during her trek, while Susan was encouraged to start her own club since the nearest Rotary Club is on an island in Canada about 1 1/2 hours away.
